Listening to what you tell us

The feedback we receive from people who have used our services, and their family and friends, is really important to us. By listening and learning from what people tell us, we can improve the services we provide.

Talk to a member of staff. As a first step, it's always worth talking to a member of the team involved in your care and treatment. An important part of their job is to listen to what you have tosay and to try and respond to any concerns you may have.

Call our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0800 731 2864.If you have had a positive experience that you want to pass on, a problem that you need help with or a complaintthat you want to make, then you contact our PALS service using their freephone number.

Send your feedback to Patient Opinion. Patient Opinion is a website which has been set up to give people the opportunity to tell their storyabout their experience of using NHS services.

The website is independent of SLaM and the NHS. You can give your feedback on the Patient Opinion section of this website, or you can do directly to the Patient Opinion website at www.patientopinion.org.uk
